When bad workers join a company, they are likely to cause many problems. Screening employees before hiring them is something that should be emphasized. Many problems associated with employees occur when the hiring process is conducted incorrectly.

Increased turnover derails the growth of a business. It can affect the productivity, service delivery, revenue, and the image of a business. Increased turnover occurs when there are many cases of poor performance by workers. It also occurs when bad employees are sent packing or dismissed. Employees who perform poorly have no business remaining in a company, and they need to be shown the door.

A company driver who is involved in road accidents due to use of substances puts the employer in troubles. The lawsuits are never impressive and they cost businesses a lot of money. There are those workers who are negligent and cause damage on machines an equipments. If machines are handled carelessly, they breakdown and may require repair or replaced. The company is compelled to spend money in such untimely damages.

A pre employment screening ensures the candidates being hired are not only qualified but also responsible persons who can take the company to a higher level in terms of image, productivity, and growth. Such checking of the suitability of workers before being hired minimizes problems in businesses.
